Product reviews for 16GB DDR4 2666 ECC Memory 288-pin (2Rx8)

I am very disappointed with this product. Out of the two memory sticks I received, only one is working properly. The other one is completely defective, which makes the purchase unreliable and unusable as intended.

I also tried to contact customer support to resolve the issue, but their response has been extremely slow and unhelpful. It is very frustrating to deal with both a faulty product and a lack of proper support.

Overall, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
